In short

I’m a passionate and curious individual driven by a lifelong love of learning and personal development. My career has been dedicated to wealth management and people development, where I’ve gained extensive experience in both investments and leadership.

My How

I’ve gained extensive experience in wealth management and people development over the past decade and a bit at Anchor, a dynamic wealth and asset management firm. Starting as an analyst, I’ve progressed to become a private client wealth manager and head up our Mining Rehabilitation solutions. My commitment to people development led me to take on the role of Head of People Development for the Group in 2020.

I am a lifelong learner with a passion for continuous growth. In addition to my formal education, I’ve dedicated countless hours to reading, researching, and listening to podcasts on various topics. I hold a BCom in Investment Management from the University of Pretoria and am a CFA Charterholder. Additionally, I’ve completed a Masters in Coaching course and an online Social Entrepreneurship program. I am currently pursuing an Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to further enhance my understanding of human behavior and team dynamics.

My Why

I’m a lifelong learner and my journey of personal growth and self-discovery has lead me to embrace the power of creativity and expression. I find immense joy in exploring new ideas, sharing knowledge, and connecting with others.

Writing has become a powerful tool for integrating my diverse experiences and insights.

Inspired by the words of Rupi Kaur, I believe that true art is about authenticity and honesty. My goal is to create work that resonates with my own soul and inspires others to pursue their passions with unwavering dedication.
